Restoration

In general XS420 is in pretty good condition for an aircraft that has been outside for so many years. The main areas that require attention are the wings where they were cut for transportation. The aim is to replace the current wing panels with new one piece aluminium skins that will be shaped to match the lines of the wings. We hope to do this over the coming months as it will aid weatherproofing of the effected areas.
